Network Issues – Resolved

Network services have gone offline in all offices statewide. This issue will affect all staff working within the office, and any web services.

Mainframe, provider connections, and several other services will also be affected.

More information will be provided as soon as it is available.

Central Office Only – Water Leak – Resolved

The water leak has been repaired and water service has been restored. If you work on floors 2-4 or ISD East side (First floor), you may return to the building tomorrow as needed. If you have the ability to work from home, it may be advisable to do so.

Please check with your supervisor regarding any COOP arrangements.

Central Office Only – Water Leak – Resolved

Due to a major water leak on the first floor of the 801 building, we have had to turn off water to the building. This means that bathrooms and the cooling towers are out of order indefinitely.

We are asking all Central Office employees to leave the building and work from home if at all possible. As you exit the building, please use the front door or courtyard exits.  The back door and main hallway are inaccessible at this time.

Please check with your supervisor regarding any COOP arrangements or questions. More information, including building availability for tomorrow will be forthcoming.

Central Office Water Main Break – Resolved

Facilities has confirmed that water service has been restored to the 801 building and validated that the water systems are all functioning properly.  Please feel free to work in office as needed today.

Central Office Water Main Break – Resolved

Due to a water main break, the 801 building is currently without water service and the construction team will not be able to even assess the damage until much later this evening.  Therefore, we are instructing staff to work from home and not come to the 801 building tomorrow (2/22/22)
