State Employee TraCorp Log-In Procedure

To log into the TraCorp LMS, perform the following steps if you are a STATE OF ARIZONA EMPLOYEE:

1. Use this link to go to the LMS –  https://adoa.server.tracorp.com/novusii/application/login/
2. At the Log In location type in the following:
   • Your Username is your State Employee Identification Number (EIN)
   • Your Password is:  NewUser1 (case sensitive) 
   •  UNLESS you have logged in prior to this and changed your password.  If you changed your password – DO NOT use the generic password listed here.
3. Upon your first Log In, you’ll be prompted to change your password.  Listed below are the password rules:
   • Minimum of 8 Characters
   • 1 capital letter
   • 1 number
     
4. If you do not remember your password Click on forgot password. 
5. You will receive a link to reset your password.
