Power has been successfully restored at the main Phoenix office. Crews have completed their work.

While onsite operations may resume, employees who transitioned to remote work earlier today may continue working from home for the remainder of the day if preferred or more efficient.

We are currently experiencing a power outage at the main Phoenix office. Crews are onsite and estimate restoration within approximately two hours.

To ensure continuity of operations, all onsite employees should transition to working from home for the remainder of the day.

Network Outage – Restored

Connectivity has been restored to the central office through one of the fiber paths. Intermittent issues may persist until the second path is fully restored. Staff may return to the central office.

Connectivity has been restored to one of the circuits, however, full repairs have not been confirmed, so intermittent issues may persist.

Crews in California have located the cable damage and replacement work is underway. No estimated time of restoration (ETR) is available at this time.

A fiber cut is intermittently affecting state network traffic. As a result, access to websites and internet services may be impacted. The central office currently has no internet connectivity. All staff should work from home until the issue is resolved. The situation is actively being monitored and updates will be provided as we learn more.

Central Office Reopening at 8:00 AM

The main office at 150 N. 18th Ave., Phoenix will reopen for employees at 8:00 AM today. You may return to the office and resume normal operations.

Repairs are still ongoing at our main office at 150 N. 18th Ave. Phoenix and we anticipate that the issue with the air conditioning and water will be resolved by tomorrow, 7/29.

Barring any unforeseen changes, we expect operations to return to normal, and you should be able to report to the building as usual. However, we ask that you continue to monitor your email and this website through tomorrow morning for any further updates or changes to this timeline.

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) has decided to close the main office (150 N. 18th Ave. Phoenix) for repairs for the remainder of the day.

Please do not attempt to go into the office until the repairs have been completed and the building has been officially reopened. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
